A partially paralysed German tourist fell from his room on the fourth floor of a Pattaya hotel early Monday and was severely injured, police said. Martin Theuniben, 49, fell from the balcony of his room of a hotel on the Khao Phra Tamnak road at 3:45 am, police said. He suffered head injuries and broken right arm and was rushed to the Pattaya Memorial Hospital. It was believed the man accidently fell while he was drinking on the balcony.
